An Odd Homage

I know we’re all deep into committing the commentary track to memory, but I can’t resist popping over to post this genuinely odd and thoughtful homage to The Wire, considered as Victorian social novel. Perhaps you have to be trapped in the gulag of academia to fully appreciate this but go on over for the illustrations if nothing else.
