FLASH, or BULLETIN or whatever rings your bell:

There are a zillion links on Google News but I went with this one because I liked the headline. And I stole the body copy straight off of a particular media empire which once had machines with bells on them. I expect the DMCA ninjas to crash through the roof any second.
